the staff was friendly and helpful. i appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available all day. the location was great, close to public transportation and restaurants.
my room was quite small, i was disappointed. the window faced a wall, and the room felt dark. the bathroom was not very clean.

central location, great for transport
central location complimentary coffee fresh fruit
the location proved very convenient. it was just a five minute walk from central station (very handy for getting around). i appreciated the complimentary coffee available in the lobby. i also liked the fresh fruit provided (apples and bananas were available all day).
i found the bathroom window a bit odd (it faced another bathroom window). the glass wasn't frosted fully, i feel there should be curtains to help with privacy.

the room included a comfortable double bed and sufficient space for luggage. i observed that the bathroom was clean and had essential toiletries. the air conditioning unit worked effectively (maintaining a consistent temperature).

The hotel provided a convenient location near the station. I was able to easily access various restaurants and public transport options. The staff stored my luggage securely after checkout (which was really helpful). I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and pastries available in the lobby.
The room size was slightly smaller than I expected.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff
great location helpful staff
The location was great. I easily walked to galleries and the botanic gardens. Staff were friendly and helpful. They stored luggage, which I appreciated, when I arrived before check-in time.
There was no kettle in the room. This was an inconvenience. The free coffee at the lobby did not compensate for this. I prefer to make coffee in my room.
